Only if you want to be! Most of our residential clients prefer to provide us with a spare key or a door code so they can go about their day. We have strict, secure protocols for managing home access, so you can simply head out and return to a house that feels brand new.

We don’t believe in a "quick once-over." To uphold our signature standards, our Field Manager or On-site Supervisor personally inspects your space after every session. We aim for perfection, but if we ever miss a spot, just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll be back to make it right—no questions asked.
